One should know and follow all Six Godly Attributes of Lord Muruga namely, Love, Affection, Modesty, Compassion, Patience & Wisdom to purify the mind. (As a result, good deeds will accumulate)
One should know and get rid of all Six Evil Attributes of mythical character Idumban, namely, Lust, Anger, Betrayal, Fraudulence, Boredom, & Obsessed Wild Behaviour which pollute the mind. (As a result, bad deeds will decrease)

Purpose of Birth
The living soul (Jeevaatma), which has taken birth in human form, should purify its physical body and mind to become a pure soul. Finally, one identifies one’s own living soul enlightenment within and it guides the journey towards attaining liberation (Moksha).
